This week we have the incredible talented Kristy Hawkins!

And when we say talented....Kristy has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and works on some very cool things, including making drugs! No not those drugs....

Kristy has a 690kg total in the 75kg class with a 285kg squat, 150kg bench press and a 255kg Deadlift

The boys talk all things powerlifting with Kristy, covering her early years battling body image issues that lead to anorexia, eventually finding bodybuilding where she excelled, reaching the Olympia stage competing with the iconic Iris Kyle!
