In this day and age is it still appropriate to date someone in your office?  We've heard a lot about harrassment in the workplace in recent months and thanks to the #metoo movement and high profile cases, some are looking at taking a zero tolerance toward being "friendly" in the workplace.  Google and Facebook have a new policy that states you can ask out a co-worker once, and if they turn you down, move on.  Anything past that is considered harassment.  What do you think about this policy?
