Ms. Nolasco is a criminal justice reform advocate that focuses on furthering the advancement of women of color, reducing mass incarceration, ending gun violence, increasing youth empowerment, and creating safer, healthier, and more resilient communities. In both her personal and professional life, she has worked on coalition building, policy analysis, strategic planning, program implementation and evaluation in public and not-for profit sectors at federal and local levels.
