Defending American Agriculture

I recently came across an article about that uses the current pandemic as a springboard to attack agriculture, specifically "factory farming".

In today's episode I am defending American agriculture against this attack as well as agriculture in other first world countries.  The author lumps agricultural practices in all countries under one umbrella.  Whether or not she did this purposefully or by omission, she conflates livestock handling practices in places like China with those that we have in the United States.
