BIG TOPIC Show Question: With Xbox One S arriving soon and Scorpio coming Holiday 2017, and then there is NEO... what do I do?
When it comes out, the Xbox Scorpio will be the most powerful console on the market. But......
Getting A 4K TV Has Made Me Even More Confused About Xbox Scorpio And PlayStation NEO
Xbox One S will upscale all games from 1080p to 4K, adding even more benefits to the upcoming system.
What is http://4k.com/resolution/
Everything 4K and UHD Everything you need to know about Ultra HD
We aren’t worthy: 8K
8K TV broadcasting coming to Japan during 2016 Olympics

What is ‘Perfect Black’ going to cost me?
You can get cheaper LED 4k sets but if the best picture is what you are after I don’t think I’d settle on LED and go for OLED….. But that price will have to come down before I jump.
HDMI 2.0 vs 1.4: What's different?
HDMI 1.4 output (Xbox One and PS4) (version 2.0 released 2013). HDMI 1.4 supports 3840×2160 output at 24p (24 fps, progressive) or 30p
So if VR content needs to be 90 fps to be smooth and help to not make you throw-up, then no 4K VR in either Scorpio and probably not with Neo either since both will have HDMI 2.0 tech.
HDMI release dates
I’ve seen lots of articles that speculate that PS4 can do a firmware update to support HDMI 2.0 but the www.hdmi.org website Doesn’t think that is possible.
Do I have the bandwidth? Streaming 4K UHD content requires a great deal of internet bandwidth. Netflix requires an internet connection with speeds of at least 25 megabits per second and with high speeds come high bandwidth usage, with netflix estimating that 1 hour of Ultra HD programming will account for up to 7 GB of bandwidth.
