Say to yourself, "I'm curious about [fill in the blank]. Now say to yourself, "I'm excited about [fill in the blank]. You might notice a difference in the tone around each statement and/or you might feel a distinctly different energy between the statements. That difference? Curiosity versus excitement. The basis for the difference can be found in the definition of the words. Curiosity is mental. Excitement is feeling.
