In episode 2 of the Old Gold & Black's new weekly roundup series, hosts Evan Daane and Cooper Sullivan are joined by Dr. Corey Walker, the inaugural director of the African American Studies Program. Dr. Walker, previously served as dean of Winston-Salem State University’s College of the Arts, Sciences, Business and Education. In light of Wake Forest recording its 100th COVID-19 case of the Fall 2021 semester, Evan and Cooper also discuss how the virus is impacting campus life. Lastly, the hosts reflect on Connor McNeely’s (the OGB opinion section editor) recent piece on the Biden administration.
