You just KNOW this man of third rate intellect, or what's left of it, is going to fudge it up.  After all, he did such a splendid job in choosing his running mate.  And for a real laugh, go on YouTube and watch him make a fool of himself in the Thomas Confirmation hearings https://youtu.be/i91sBbob35E .  That is, if you need a laugh.    But, we cannot lament what is beyond our control so let's examine how WE would do it and make the process politics-free and in a safe zone of open discussion and debate.  Further, the process will guarantee a more diverse court but ALWAYS and FOREMOST, it will be about MERIT, not pigment or genitalia or church or what you did in high school.  This is a VERY different approach, but much, much better.
