Jermisha Dodson (she/her/hers) serves as the Associate Director of Student Engagement in the UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School MBA Program.  She is a 2nd generation college student who earned her bachelor's in business administration, and marketing and communication, from UNC Wilmington.  She also holds a master's in higher education administration from NC State.  She serves as a DE&I consultant for local businesses in the Raleigh, NC area and has recently opened her own loose leaf tea business:  Patsy's House of Tea.  Jermisha can be contacted via email at [email protected].  You can also follow PHT on instagram at @pastyshouseoftea.
