This movie had a lot more depth and was far more entertaining than the standard contemporary Christmas movie crap. It makes reasonable that over the holidays, a mother with adult children would feel devalued and nostalgic. Overall, it was enjoyable despite the many jokes and antics, some of which were a touch goofy. Nothing political or offensive. I'm not sure why, but these low numbers must have irritated some people.
