During this special episode, Ebony interviews Beatrice Selotlegeng who has committed herself to diversity and inclusion and to ensuring that students achieve academic excellence at Ohio University.  After 15 years of service and 30 years in the aviation industry, this dynamic leader is set to retire December 31, 2020. Beatrice and Ebony discuss leadership, working in academia, The Junior Executive Business Program and the impact she has had on countless students.  Alumni also share their fondest memories of Beatrice. In addition to bidding farewell this episode also encourages listeners to donate to a scholarship created in her name.
