You might hear mention this time of year of the man who saved the Pagan Irish and brought them the Good News. But not all of the Pagan Irish were happy about that. The ancient warriors of Ireland had their own code. A code of generosity, hospitality, and courage. In other words, they were terrible sinners.

When this warrior poet, Oisín, met a slave-turned-monk, known as St.Patrick, they talked. Their discussion was about gods and heroes, about the nature of truth, about how Patrick went toe-to-toe with the Devil herself, and, how Oisín proved his word once and for all.
