So many Baby Boomers are about to retire and all of their overspending will finally bite them in the ass, they will struggle selling their homes and being able to downsize as Gen X's and Millennials are not buying homes due to have smaller families or no families at all. Younger generations are choosing to live in urban cities rather than rural suburbs.
