Snake is back! Accept no substitute. Ryan and Nathan look at the under-loved John Carpenter's Escape from L.A. Roger Ebert went to bat for this one back in 1996, declaring it the film Independence Day could have been if it hadn't played it safe. If it had made one fifth of that film's box office take we surely would have gotten a sequel. Darn it humanity.
