On today’s episode of the Okayest Trapper I sit down with a retired Air Force veteran, registered nurse, mother of two… and fellow trapper, Dee Mack. We talk about how she found her way into trapping, balancing family life with a trapline, and how skills from the military and the hospital surprisingly carry over into the woods.

We also get into public perception of trapping, preparedness, and why people who work high-stress jobs often end up finding peace checking steel in the morning.
