At the Oklahoma Youth Expo – billed as the World’s Largest Youth Livestock Show – students exhibit their livestock to win scholarships and to have the opportunity to participate in the Sale of Champions. Some exhibitors, including members of the Shattuck FFA Chapter, donate their animals to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma for the Food for Kids program that helps feed hungry children in Oklahoma.
