This was an interesting little experience. Josh got a hold of some OLD Fino Sherry and we got to drink it. Fino Sherry isn't really known for aging but this was interesting. Very Interesting.

We drank the AMAZING La Stoppa Ageno 2016 if you haven't drank it get out there and find yourself a bottle every vintage is something different but a 3-5 years old has the right amount of oxidization to make it SING!
