This (very explicit) podcast just happens to be one of my absolute favorites. It is chock full of wisdom and flavor! You don't hear Josh's Norfolk accent...until he says "phone"...haha!

It was very windy out on the high seas, but you'll also hear the many birds of Norfolk following our cruise ship in the background :)
