Today I review the Old Forester 1920. This is the third out of four bottles making up Old Forester's Whiskey Row series. The 1920 is their Prohibition Style bourbon, bottled at 115 proof, and is a highly popular bottle amongst bourbon fans.
Although I did not care for this bottle for quite a while, it definitely grew on me and I enjoyed it after about a third of the bottle was gone. I would buy it again and give it a second chance, but only liking a little over half of a $60 bottle might be a tough sell for me. It's an unpopular opinion overall, as it is thought of as a quality bottle for the price. To each their own I guess.
