Should the Old Testament play a role in how governments operate? Perry and Jordan Dudgeon continue their discussion on the doctrine of theonomy, that is, what is the relationship between society and the Mosaic Law? Jordan argues that, while the law has been fulfilled by Christ, the principles contained within the law can still be helpful in governing. On the other hand, Perry disagrees, saying that the New Testament gives no precedence for this idea. Spoiler alert: They don't agree in the end, but they make each other think differently, and deeply!
