We heading back to Texarkana again, this time to talk about the wide array of suspects police picked as the Phantom Killer or who, oddly enough, pointed the finger at themselves. We'll also dig into how the murders affected the town--hysteria! buying all the locks! shooting people in the foot!--and Scott makes up a lovely folk song.
