This week on Bottoms Up we explore Old Tom Gin and sample Hayman's best. From there we make the classic cocktail, The Martinez, and even vary it up a bit crafting a Vim & Petal version that's pretty spectacular in its own right!

The Martinez
2 1⁄2 oz Old Tom Gin
3⁄4 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Vim and Petal Martinez
2 1⁄2 oz Vim and Petal Gin
3⁄4 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
