Eric and DG attempt to figure out what regrets they have, if any, at which point the episode descends into chaos and absurdity, which is true to form for the podcast anyway.
After disappearing for over a year, Eric and DG return to talk about a very apt topic, though the jury's still out whether they actually talked about it or just rambled for over an hour.
WELCOME TO SEASON 2! Took us a hot minute, but we're back! Eric and Dani got together recently (i.e. last month lol) to talk about what 2021 was like and how 2022 is going. Warning: it slowly descends into chaos. Then again, it won't be OBNS if it didn't.
Eric and Dani talk about what it was like to lose someone they loved and how they dealt with it - aside from, you know, curling up in a ball and crying. From gratitude to those exercise things that shake you, they talk about how to move on while still giving yourself space to grieve.
Eric and Dani finally record in the same place but with a lot of background noise and sounds of ice clinking on glass. They each share a little about they have journeyed with their relationship with how they look at their bodies and how it affected them mentally. Dani also gives some tips on how to start getting more active.
Dani grew up with only her mom around while Eric grew up with both parents. They take a look at the positives and negatives of both, how dads are typically dads and moms are typically moms. You won't know what it means unless you listen!
Eric and Dani try and figure out how cancel culture started, whether it's a good thing or a bad thing, and whether they themselves will be cancelled after putting out ten episodes of this podcast into the world. Spoiler: the answer is "most likely".
Eric and Dani have a chat with Chloe who tells them about what it's like growing up as a third culture kid and whether she still struggles with it, all while being in awe at Chloe's Love Island-esque life in Greece.
On this week's episode featuring some stuttering audio problems and Dani's mom belting some songs in the background which somewhat make up for it, Eric and Dani talk about why empathy is so important, why it can be difficult sometimes, and why it takes some work to do it.
