Olga Tamara is an advanced classical pilates trainer, actor, former ballet dancer, and owner of Authentic Pilates Studio based in Balmain, Sydney. She went to the Australian Ballet School, and then worked in the Australian Ballet Company, then moved to acting and pilates.
