World Champion, Commonwealth Champion and two times Paralympian Olivia Breen sits down with Eve to discuss her evolution as an athlete.

After gaining success at the 2012 Paralympics and walking away with a coveted medal, in her own words; the 2016 Paralympics “didn’t go according to plan.” Olivia tells Eve what choices she had to make to ensure she continued moving forward and making progress. As she currently trains for the upcoming Paralympics in 2021, Olivia analyses her training regime and expresses the mindset that everyone needs to have to deliver their best performance in whatever they do.
