Olivia Rosewood was born and raised in Denver. She 'ran away' from home to attend the prestigious Interlochen Center for the Arts in Northern Michigan. From there she won a scholarship to attend USC. In her life experiences with meditation, she met George Harrison and was moved by his description of meditation as a 'conscious shift of attention'. Olivia has worked as an actress and has published numerous books. She has also won Tai Chi competitions and worked closely with Eckhart Tolle on his world tours. She leads meditations on Instagram and for corporations such as Louis Vuitton.
