Heeeey weather warriors! Dustin Breeze here, and boy do I have a forecast that's gonna blow your socks off - literally! We've got some wild weather coming through Omaha that's gonna make this weekend look like a meteorological touchdown!

Let's kick this off with our current play-by-play. Right now we're sitting at a steady 61 degrees with some southwest winds cruising around 7 miles per hour. But hold onto your helmets, because things are about to get interesting!

Weather Forecast Blitz: Friday's gonna be a bit of a mixed bag. We've got a chance of sprinkles before 3 pm, then possibly some showers between 3 and 5 pm. Temperatures are gonna climb to a nice 73 degrees, but watch out for those west winds! They're gonna start light and then ramp up to 21 to 26 miles per hour with gusts up to 43 miles per hour. Talk about a weather blitz!

Weather Playbook Segment: Let's talk about wind gusts! Think of wind gusts like a quarterback's quick release - sudden, powerful, and totally unexpected. Saturday: Sunny and 73 degrees - total touchdown weather!
Sunday: Partial sun with a 40 percent chance of showers after 1 pm, hitting 76 degrees
Monday: Potential showers with temperatures around 74 degrees
