In this episode Omar describes how he developed his own software for webinars so that he could serve his community. The positive feedback from his community members stimulated him to further develop his software, which ultimately became Webinar Ninja. With a Masters degree in Education Omar has used his education background to help him develop the software so that it is more user friendly for people who are using webinar software for teaching purposes. Omar Zenhom is the co-creator of Webinar Ninja, independent software that he co-created with Nicole Baldinu.
