The decision and order of Judge Eileen Cannon, a Trump last minute appointee, is very troubling.  Is it a political decision?  How much delay and damage does it do to the DOJ investigation? Will the DOJ appeal, and what can we expect on such an appeal, in result and in delay? Is a Special Master really necessary?  Who will be appointed?  What exactly will the Special Master do? Is there really an executive privilege here?  Did Trump have any conceivable right to take and keep these documents at Mar-a-Lago?  How will this affect the January 6th Committee investigation?  How will this affect the November elections?
