    Sometimes we can't process what we are feeling, its hard to understand, everything is just so quiet. In so much of chaos with tje busyness of life, spending time with yourself is really important because at the end of the day, its not your family not your friends or your love bird but you. Your love ones matter too. If they aren't happy, if you aren't with them, you feel terrible. Since its about people. But its also about you.
