This podcast answers the question, "Why do I write?" At the suggestion of a friend who would later be a mentor to me,  I put a pen in hand to release a myriad of thoughts.  Amazingly, after all of these years, I am still writing. I resolved that I write as a catharsis, as a means of expression, as a way to address thought-provoking social issues and as an opportunity to put into words what others can't.
