Kate was 2014 World Champion in triathlon for her age-group, world's first female to cycle 24h non-stop on a static bike, has spent time working as an aerospace engineer, been a micro-entrepreneur in Latin America and most recently has swam 10K and climbed to the summit of Mont Blanc!
