Cate is a serial entrepreneur who HATES the term entrepreneur, having co-founded two successful businesses in consulting and coaching. She a speaker who is deeply passionate about helping businesses embrace the new age of employment, in a landscape that’s changed massively over the last few decades. Cate started her career graduating with a BA Honours Degree in Primary Education in 2004 before retraining as a HR and employment law consultant and becoming a partner in her parents business. It was when that relationship irrevocably broke down that she started Rhino Safety with husband Simon, in 2015, and then their coaching business ‘Roar Business Coaching’ in 2018. She was recently selected as one of f:Entrepreneur’s top 100 UK business women, and her goal in life is to help as many people as possible to realise their own ambitions… whatever those might be!
