We don't know about you but the parenting journey seems like an absolute mine field!! 

I don't know how our parents did it with a lot less than what we have but it seems between trying juggle basic day to day things like work, spending quality time, EATING,  Laundry, SLEEPING  and trying to keep your house clean!

Raising well behaved kids seems like an absolute near impossibility without some sort of outside assistance or point of view.

I sit down with an old friend Rodney who tells us about his journey to becoming self made, his ups and downs and his vision on where he wants to take his company.

There’s a new estate agent in the world…..and he’s self employed.

The internet and social media has become an immovable force within our society, levelling the playing field in a lot of industries by breaking down the barriers of the “gate keepers”!

And one of those industries is real estate! 

Gone are the days where selling or buying houses was dependent on high street estate agents who got to set the tempo of how things went for the buyers and the sellers. 

I sit down with childhood friend Terrell Kilpatrick whom after serving time in the armed forces and leaving his job as a prison officer, chose to step into the world of real estate, going off the beaten path by skipping the middle man (i.e he applied for a job at a high street estate agent, looked at what they had to offer and decided he would bet on himself).

Discussing the different mind states he has learnt to cope with as well as picking up useful skills in his previous life journey, Terrell talks me through the particulars in becoming a self employed estate agent, the ups the downs, the potential of 7, even 8, figure listings and how he plans to build a team within the industry as it evolves around the new status quo of the real estate world.

All that Glitters isn't gold and brawling with your demons is a solitary endeavour that I promise you will not leave unscathed, let alone triumph over them and go on to aid others in their battles.

In this weeks episode we hear from Sachin, whom I gave the title 'social butterfly' for when it comes to engaging with strangers he is one of the few who has it down to an art and if you was to let society tell it, he is the last person whom you would think would be struggling with mental health as his energy has just always "seemed" larger than life.

But he takes us down the rabbit whole to the dark places his mind went and how he was able to pull himself back out and how he is keeping himself out, not without help might i add! Sachin talks about the relationships he has with some of the people who have been a positive impact on his journey of 'coming out the other side......
