We talk about the big defensive changes he’s been working on with this year’s release, as well as getting him to nail down his all time Football Manager XI too. We’ve had this one under wraps for a few weeks but now that FM23 is nearly at full release we figured the hints, tips and insight Nic provides might be of use, whether you’re struggling to get to grips with the new match engine or not!
