When she was ten, Esha Venkat never imagined the small acts of service she did with her family would grow into NEST4US, one of the country's fastest-scaling youth-powered volunteer organizations. A decade, 10,000 volunteers, and millions of dollars in volunteer-hours later, Esha and her sister Shreyaa lead five programs spanning education, food security, climate action, leadership, and community celebration.
