Aaron welcomes Durham Tech president JB Buxton to the studio, for a look back at the past academic year and a look ahead at what’s to come. That includes a new format for many classes (8 weeks instead of 16) and new programs as well, including one that brings in students as early as ninth grade for training in health care. In addition, Buxton also celebrates a recent $1.5 million arts endowment – and weighs in on budget discussions that are currently ongoing at the local, state, and federal level.
