Pat Allen is a Macon, Ga native, and moved to Highlands, NC thirty years ago to open a bed and breakfast inn and cooking school later featured in Southern Living Magazine. She shares her latest book, Hurdles in a Girdle: Holding Life Together When You’re Bursting at the Seams.
