She holds a Specialized Honors BA degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and is an Erickson Certified Life Coach. She has also received specialty training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety Disorders and other mental health challenges at The University of Toronto and has received certified training for crisis intervention counselling for suicide ideation.

Melissa and Jackie discuss the impact of COVID 19 on dentistry. They discuss some positive take aways from the pandemic from the perspective of dental practice owner and associate.
