At 0mega, we practice permissionless participation. This means that the people who are contributing to the creation of the library are following what energises them to contribute rather than being told what to do. What emerged are multiple workstreams each building their own version of what the TEC Library could look like, creating multiple possibilities for the experience. Here you can see the branches of work that exists currently.
Instead of a POAP you have a "summary talisman of your discoveries", like you take part in any of the TE Ethics practice sessions and digest your self-discoveries, and imprint them into NFTs that part visualize the general themes of those sessions and part your personal insights.

Token Engineering Consilience Library The TE Consilience Library is crowdsourced, curated database of knowledge under the Venn diagram of disciplines related to crypto economic systems engineering.

Currently, we are working on discovering how the Library can become a self sustaining library.
We want to figure out:
• What important knowledge are people looking for that the library could provide?
• How could people interact with it so that it isn't just passive consumption?
• How can the library be a self-sustaining product of the community, in terms of revenue and knowledge?
