This week on the show Stan & Josh discuss Josh's recent blog post: "Deal With Criticism Like A Seasoned Specialist, Not A Blubbering Baby." Several of these tips apply to ministry leadership in general, not just leadership in Church Communications: 

1. First, do nothing. Take a deep breath and chill out. 
2. Ask yourself if the criticism is actually true. 
3. Ask yourself how Jesus would respond. 
4. Don't take the criticism personally. 
5. Be personable, engaging, and relational when you respond.
