So, you messed up, again, huh?

Made some choices that would make even a reality TV star blush?

Said something no one should say?

Well, don't worry, we've all been there. It's called being human.

But what do you do when you've got to forgive the one person who's hardest to forgive – yourself?

Forgiving yourself for your flaws, errors, mistakes, and blunders, maybe one of the hardest things you will ever do (and on a regular basis!)

I don't think it ever gets easier, but how do we do it?

We'll focus on two questions today:

1. What is the process to self-forgiveness?

2. Why is it so hard to do?
