Merry 2022!

I hope you have had a wonderful start of the year so far. I came back with a few reflections over my time away, and my time being back re connecting with myself, nature and my place in the world ! Also keeping in mind how overwhelming a new year may be like, I came up with a few ways to make change and reflection more digestible and applicable to our own lives.
