In this episode I'll share my favoriete tips on grounding yourself. Although I feel very mentally stable and happy overall, I still have days or weeks where I can feel very disconnected and anxious. On those days I try to ground myself and take it slow so I hope that some of the tips I'm sharing might also work for you. Lots of love.
