L'areal Lipkins is a Goal Coach, speaker, author, and CEO of A Woman With Vision, a training company that helps women achieve their personal and professional goals.
Before starting her own company, L’areal spent nearly a decade training as an executive for the largest sales training company in the world. L'areal joined the firm in 2009 as a marketing intern, and in 2012 she became one of the youngest certified sales trainers across 250 locations worldwide.
It was during this time that L'areal became obsessed with figuring out why some people were successful, while others struggled just to get by. In 2012, L'areal was promoted to Managing Partner and was on track to purchase the local franchise before resigning in 2018.
In April 2019, L'areal released her first book, A Woman With Vision. The book took her just 21 days to write, and gives you the secrets she's learned after coaching thousands of people how to accomplish their goals.
Born and raised in Dallas, L’areal lives in Houston, TX with her husband and three-year-old son. L’areal graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a degree in marketing, and she received her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. L'areal is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and she volunteers with other non-profits.
