First impressions of Paris, "we can make any place a vibe as long as you have the right people around you," the Morocco → Jamaica → Paris ranking, the practical "how to afford travel" heart of the episode, and the new-chapter closing. Ends with the Atomics Travels brand line and a follow/listen CTA. It opens on the searchable question: "What does a first time in Paris actually feel like, and how do you pay for the trip you keep putting off?"

This episode includes candid discussions about mental health, social anxiety, and suicide.
Real people, real places, real conversations—no studio, no script.
At the 2024 Podcast Summit in Atlanta, Peuge Benjamin sits down with David Solomon, a certified motivational speaker, youth advocate, and co-founder of a nonprofit focused on reducing the stigma around mental health.
David speaks openly about his own experiences, the importance of recognizing when it is okay to say, “I’m not okay,” and the responsibility to seek support. He also shares the work behind The State of the Black Man’s Mental Health, a space created to help Black men speak honestly about the challenges they carry.
The conversation moves through purpose, faith, social anxiety, mentorship, community, and the decision to keep showing up—even when fear, rejection, or past pain make it difficult. Together, Peuge and David reflect on what it means to turn pain into power and build spaces where people can be heard without judgment.

Corey Starks grew up in Charlotte in closed off neighborhoods and says expanding his horizons through travel changed the way he sees everything. Now living in Atlanta for nine years, he showed up to the Muddy Dash because his brother sent him a link and said let's do something together. That is how Omegas move. He sits down with Peuge before the race to talk about what it feels like to explore the world with your brothers versus alone, why mental health and physical movement are connected, and how Omega Psi Phi Incorporated shows up for the whole community, not just its members. His bucket list: Tokyo first, then Australia, then a solo backpacking trip through Thailand. Party pace on the course today though.

Jackson Riggins came to the Muddy Dash outside Atlanta because he needed to get out of the four walls. He had not run since his grandmother passed the day before Valentine's Day. Before that, three years ago, doctors handed him two options: get on a transplant list or try a treatment that may or may not work. He chose to fight. He survived. And he built a podcast called Fueled by Pain to make sure nobody going through something similar feels like they are going through it alone. At 26, done with club life, he rode his motorcycle solo from Georgia to Texas to kick off Men's Mental Health Month, talking to God the whole way. He showed up to this mud run clean, emotional, and ready to start again. That is the whole show right there.

Before the mud, before the obstacles, before any of that, Peuge grabs Eric and Shawn for a quick conversation at the starting line of the Muddy Dash outside Atlanta. Two Florida natives who found the event through Instagram and the fitness community, they talk travel, bucket lists, and what it felt like to see a different way of life up close in Jamaica and the Bahamas. Eric has Haiti and Ghana on his list next. Shawn is just ready to run.

Kashif has been a multimedia professional since he was five years old. Today he manages all distribution and production for the Social Proof Podcast and is finally launching a show of his own. The Fat Her Podcast is built around one powerful idea: fathers and husbands sharpening each other in conversation, while women who missed out on a relationship with their father get to witness it and find something restored. He sits down with Peuge at the Podcast Summit in Atlanta to talk about why Atlanta is the right city for entrepreneurship, what community actually does for creators who feel isolated, and why showing up consistently is the only credential that builds trust.

Jeremy saw a gap nobody was filling: Black entrepreneurs building real businesses in their communities with no platform to share their story. Good on Brand Podcast became his answer, an interview series focused on the journey, the lessons, and the brand-building process of smaller business owners who deserve a spotlight. He sits down with Peuge at the Podcast Summit in Atlanta to talk about what brought him to the summit, why community and collaboration matter more than going it alone, and the one thing he tells every entrepreneur about their brand: it is you, so own it.

Shaun Thompson drove six and a half hours from McComb, Mississippi to Atlanta for the Podcast Summit because she knew her community needed more than what they were getting. A Chicago transplant now deeply invested in her small town, Shaun is building a podcast and platform around the Macomb Mainstreet Association to bring grants, resources, and economic development information directly to the people who need it most. She sits down with Peuge to talk about what it means to be an outsider who chose to stay, why most people give up when searching for help, and how she plans to change that.

Sandra Singh and Tash Colette walked into the Podcast Summit in Atlanta with a booth, a concept, and a name that stops people in their tracks. Bust Down Jesus and Everything In Between is built on one rule: every guest has to show their bust down, which is whatever makes them feel most like themselves, whether that is a broach, a pair of glasses, or the desire for knowledge. Sandra and Tash sit down with Peuge to talk about why they built the show around creativity and faith, what it would take to expand beyond YouTube, and what they need from a community to keep growing.
