Praise and worship when the Body of Christ gathers each Sunday is powerful and transforms us.

But what is involved in planning and executing praise as a Worship Team?  How do God's Word and the Holy Spirit work together with our Praise Team to bring us to the point of praise TOGETHER?

It's great to CELEBRATE GOD.  We are made to PRAISE THE LORD!

We want to make Disciples of Jesus that make Disciples of Jesus.  But sometimes we get distracted, discouraged, or derailed from our mission.  Which is why a RE-IGNITING VISION is needed and why we're focusing our attention on our VISION for 2023 today!

Jason and Ryan talk about how the KEY DISCIPLINES of prayer, God's Word, praising Jesus, and time with other followers makes a big difference in how we're able to achieve God's mission of making disciples.

A life that is changed by Jesus through faith in Him is truly life at its best!  

Our lives don't change simply by trying to modify our behavior from the outside.  When Jesus rescues you from your sins and gives you NEW LIFE, God begins the work of changing our lives from the inside out through His Holy Spirit that He gives to us.

One of the best things we can do with our life is INVEST in the next generation!

Especially when we can invest in the next generation that is FOLLOWING JESUS, we are doing exactly what Jesus wants us to do in making disciples that keep making disciples.

This summer at Cornerstone we are blessed to have Eleah and Jessie serving on our team in children and student ministries and especially Vacation Bible School in July!

But what are the key ways that God uses to work  in our friendships and relationships so that people will come to believe in Jesus as their Savior and follow Jesus as their Lord?

We have so many blessings in our lives.  The greatest of these blessings come to us through FAITH in JESUS CHRIST.

So how can we live in response to all the blessings that God has given us?  Jason and Ryan discuss the blessings God gives in Romans 5:1-11 and how the blessings of peace with God, reconciliation, being declared righteous by God through faith, and developing character through trials work out in our lives.

We may be in the middle of a trial or challenge in our lives right now, but God is at work and is fully aware of what we're facing.  Regardless of our challenge we have PEACE with God; we have HOPE in GOD.  We can rely on God to give us the endurance to be like Jesus as we walk through life with our brothers and sisters in the church.

Jesus' Resurrection from the dead on the third day is the MAIN EVENT of history, eternity, and our lives.

But sometimes we can overlook or undervalue the POWER and the IMPORTANCE of the RESURRECTION.  How does the resurrection affect our lives today?  How can we make Jesus' victorious life our experience in every day?
