On Overcoming Helplessness with Tumelo Victoria Eikaas | CosmoTeenz Series | Ep. 83

Tumelo Victoria is one of five CosmoTeenz Fellows, sponsored by the CMM Institute for Personal and Social Evolution. The Fellows have created a comic book on mental health that will be available soon. She is 19 years old, lives in Norway, and is currently working and taking a gap year after completing her last year of high school.
Today, Abbie and Tumelo Victoria discuss her involvement with, not only CosmoTeenz, but also, CosmoKidz and CosmoTweenz. Tumelo shares her experience with the CosmoTeenz Fellowship, including learning to balance her involvement with other time commitments, navigating negative experiences in a “happy” society, and finding new ways of relating to the world and its struggles.
