Today the crew talks about racial bias and how unintentionally it creeps into our perceptions and what we equate to society 'norms'.
Norms that are set up by a white society that has enslaved us physically and mentally and dictates how we are supposed to dress, speak and conduct ourselves in their spaces.
Should we conform our culture to 'fit in' to their culture when essentially everything we do in our culture is emulated by them. Yet, we still feel like we have to prove ourselves to them.
