In this episode, we chat about our experiences with loss of friendships. With an emphasis on normalising the sadness and anger we often feel after losing an important person in our life, we try to reconcile with the fact that we can appreciate that some losses may actually be a blessing in disguise. Additionally, we will also be diving into how sometimes upgrading our friendship circle may not be such a bad idea, especially if we no longer feel connected with these friends in terms of values, mutual interests - that is, when we come to a fork in the road.
Tune in, let us hear your thoughts on how you've coped with a friendship break down and whether or not you've stayed in a toxic friendship longer than you should have.

Almost everyone has a mental list in their head of what they look for in a partner. For some this list may be based on superficial aspects, one that focuses heavily on the extrinsic side of a partner; their physical attributes. For others their mental list may focus on the person's intrinsic side; their character and personality, and sometimes this list is a combination of both. But is the existence of such a perfect partner elusive? Are our expectations realistic? Can we attract this perfect soul mate using the Law of Attraction?
In the same vein, should we be basing this list on something more rigid instead of looks, which are more fleeting and transient?
As many of us check off the boxes when we are chatting up a potential romantic prospect, sometimes having a list can lead to cancelling out a partner that may not necessarily be perfect by our own ideals but may indeed still perfectly complement our life.
